Mr G, siapa tak kenal. Kalau boleh setiap minggu nak call kami keep track akaun beliau dah sampai ke mana?

--> how much i need to pay for my personal tax? 

--> please record my account as it is. (for your info, he is the only one. I repeat. He is the only client who will pay whatever amount deemed to him, either it was big or small amount. Very difficult to find client like him)

--> these expenses i used for personal not company purpose

--> Is it claimable or not in tax comp?

--> do advice me which one is better. Is it ok to declare them as asset or just put them under office maintenance?

Waktu terima dokumen nak buat akaun gst dari PA beliau, Mr K buka cerita..

Tahun dua kosong sekian sekian sehingga tahun dua kosong sekian sekian, company ni kena tax audit. Jadi Mr G mengerahkan seorang senior saya untuk cek semua transaksi dalam tahun berkenaan. seminggu jugalah kakak ni dipaksa cek akaun beliau. Nak pastikan tak ada masalah bila pegawai dari LHDN datang cek akaun.

Tahu tak...? Bila tax officer tu datang, muka diorang berkerut (macam nak marah pun ada, muka konfius pun ada, muka tegang je). 

Kata pegawai tu --> Mustahil. Tak mungkin ada syarikat yang sangat kemas macam ni. Ish, tak mungkin.

They took only 2 days to check on the account. Finally, they came out with one letter..

Sukacita dimaklumkan bahawa kami telah selesai melakukan penemuan audit bagi syarikat dot dot dot. Tiada perbelanjaan akan ditambah balik bagi tahun taksiran dua kosong sekian sekian sehingga tahun sekian sekian.

And my expression...

--> what? Bia betol....???

Mr K --> Hmm, that's why when my boss got angry with me when there are no supporting documents attached with the payment, i just accept. Eventhough he is very and sooo fussy, but see how the things work.

Ohh. Saya pun suka buat akaun company ni. Sangat teratur, tersusun dan kemas. Kipidup! HAHA :)
