Hello friends ! how's your day? mesti sibuk menjamu orang makan kan. Al maklumlah masih dalam bulan syawal, masih beraya. Erk kalau tak raya tak boleh jamu orang eh? hmmm (",)

Yesterday is my mother's birthday. Itulah big day nya.hihi Guess whaaat? i made a special birthday cake for my mom. hehe special la sangat.

Nasi tomato + mee jawa : my mom yang buat

Ayam barbeque : dibakar dan diterbalik-balikkan oleh abangku dan adikku. Kata mereka ayam ini ada kelainan. sebab mereka ada sapu madu. (kononnya ayam madu la). hehe But it proves, very nice :)
Kek coklat + puding roti : saya yang buat. Sila lah rasa. (sedap tak sedap belakang cite) kiki ^_^

I want to share with you one BIG SECRET on how i made this chocolate cake. The name is...

~ Master Chocolate Cake ~

Ingredients :-

3/4 cup cocoa

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 1/4 cup milk

1/2 cup shortening (butter)

1 cup granulated sugar (castor sugar)

3 eggs

1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups sifted cake flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

A
- Mix cocoa with brown sugar
- Scald milk over medium heat, Add gradually to brown sugar mixture. Beat until smooth. Cool (put aside)

B
- Cream shortening. Add granulated sugar gradually creaming together until light & fluffy
- Add eggs 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Add vanilla (put aside)

C
- Sift flour & baking powder. Add to B alternate with A. Mix until smooth

D
- Bake. dalam 50 minit camtu. If it's still not properly baked, then tambah la 5@10 minit lagi.

Topping :-

1 cup cocoa

1/2 cup corn oil

1 cup condensed milk (susu pekat manis)

- Mix cocoa and corn oil first

- Then put condensed milk

- Mix quickly and then pour over baked cake
